個人情報保護に関わる方針「プライバシーポリシー」

個人データ保護に関する理念

Autouss は、自動車および自動車関連部品等の買取、販売及び輸出、輸入業を行っております。
当社は、お客様と従業員の個人データを尊重し、それらを保護することが社会の構成員としての重要な責務だと認識しています。

当社の方針

1．法令および規則の遵守につい

当社は、個人データの保護及び安全に関連する適用法令及びJISQ15001（日本品質保証機構によって策定された個人情報管理システム基準）を遵守します。EU一般データ保護規則2016（以下、「GDPR」と呼びます。）上は、当社は個人情報取扱事業者に該当し、https://www.autouss.jp 当社のウェブサイト「AUTOUSS」個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを策定し、個人情報を保護いたします。

2．個人データの収集、提供、保管について

お客様がAUTOUSSの会員登録をする際にお客様ご自身から、また、お客様がAUTOUSSウェブサイトを訪問する際にクッキーやアクセスログを通じて、更には、お客様が電子メールで当社に連絡してきた場合は電子メールを通じて、当社は、お客様の個人データを適法、公正、かつ透明性をもって収集します。
当社は、お客様の個人データを、以下の特定の目的のために、そしてその目的に必要な範囲内でのみ利用します。

当社は、取得する個人情報はお客様およびお客様が指定する送付先様の 氏名、住所、電話およびファックス番号、メールアドレスなどです。
また、個人情報に直結はしませんが重要な情報として、クレジットカードによる決済を指定 された場合は、クレジットカード番号、カードに刻印されている氏名、カードの有効年月、CVC番号をお伺いします。便宜上本説明ではクレジットカードに 関する情報も個人情報として扱います。
クレジットカードの情報は、カード決済ゲートウェイであるStripe社のサーバーに安全な方法で転送され決済に関する処理が行われます。
また、クレジットカードの情報を将来の 決済のために保存するオプションを選択された場合も同Stripe社のサーバーに記録されます。

当社は、お客様の個人データを当初の目的以外に利用することはありません。当初の目的以外でお客さまの個人データを利用する必要が生じた場合には当社は、お客様に改めて同意を求めます。当社から宣伝情報を受信した場合、お客様は、非購読ボタンをクリックすることによりいつでも受け取りを拒否することができます。当社は、次のような第三者に、お客様の個人データを提供する場合があります。

●当社の弁護士、会計士、監査人などの専門家
●クレジットカード会社及び、クレジットカード関連情報を処理する企業 （クレジット決済ゲートウェイ）
●当社に対し、データ保管、サービス管理、データベース管理、支払処理などのサービスを提供する会社
●商品を配達する運輸企業。
●代引き決済を利用される場合は、運輸企業が指定する決済管理企業

当社は、これらの第三者に対し、お客様の個人データを尊重し、お客様の個人データの保護を法令や規則に準拠して確実に行うよう要求します。
AUTOUSS は外部企業における個人情報保護方針、保護手法、管理と保障責任は、それぞれの外部企業が定めるところに委ね、責任を負いません。

3．個人情報の安全性について

当社は、個人データへの無権限又は違法なアクセスやその処理と、個人データの予期せぬ消失、消滅または破損とに対する防御を含む、個人データの安全性を確保するための技術的、組織的な安全対策を構築し、維持します。
当社が第三者に個人データの処理を委託する場合には、当社は、情報安全管理に厳格な会社を選択します。
日本の個人情報保護法上の義務は勿論、自発的により高い水準で設定されているJIS Q 15001の基準を満たすことを認証するものです。

4．データの正確性について

当社は、お客様の個人データが正確でアップデイトされるように、お客様がいつでも会員登録ページにアクセスできるようにしています。
もしもお客様が、当社がお客様の個人データを利用、保存又は第三者への提供をすることに対する同意を撤回した場合は、法令上の保存義務や、契約の完全履行が成るまでの契約上の保存義務といった別の法的根拠に基づく処理を求められていない限り、当社は、お客様の個人データを確実に消去します。

5．方針の更新について

当社は、このプライバシーポリシーを更新することがあります。更新の際には、当社の販売ウェブサイトのトップページにてお知らせします。定期的に変更を確認し、お客様がAUTOUSSウェブサイトを訪れる都度に、プライバシーポリシーを確認されることを推奨します。

6．クッキーとアクセスログファイルについて

“クッキー”は、お客様がAUTOUSSウェブサイトを訪問する際に、お客様のコンピューターの中に設置される極小のデータです。クッキーは、AUTOUSSウェブサイトをより便利にご使用いただくよう設計されているもので、お客様のプライバシーを侵害したり、お客様のコンピューターに何らの害をもたらしたりすることはありません。お客様は、クッキーを使用不可にすることもできますが、その場合には、AUTOUSSウェブサイトが適切に機能しなくなる場合があります。

このプライバシーポリシーは、AUTOUSSウェブサイトの訪問者にのみ適用されます。当社は、お客様に又はお客様とリンク先のウェブサイトとの間に発生し得る事故は、如何なる性質のものであれ、責任を負いかねます。
当社は、お客様が、会員登録や売買取引を含みAUTOUSSウェブサイトへアクセスする際に、お客様のクレジットカード情報を収集することも保存することも行いません。お客様のクレジットカード情報は、当社を経由することなく直接にクレジットカード会社に行きます。
